Marydale Park will be a place for everyone no matter your age, or ability…a place to explore, to feel included and just to have fun!
Marydale Park in currently under construction and is located on a rolling, 35 acres site in rural south Hamilton, adjacent to the Binbrook Conservation Area, along the eastern shore of Lake Niapenco.
Marydale Park will offer wide open spaces, paved pathways and plenty of barrier-free sports and recreation amenities to explore and enjoy.

Ontario’s First Barrier-Free Park
Every child deserves to play! Children of all abilities will soon be able to enjoy barrier-free, outdoor recreation in Hamilton, thanks to the new Marydale Park.
People of any age or ability, including those who use wheelchairs, scooters or walkers, will be able to fully and independently enjoy the playing fields, trails, pools, boating, fishing, and much, much more!
In additional to being barrier-free, Marydale Park has an eco-friendly design. The park will use natural, renewable energy through wind and solar resources.
